GTA 6 Gets an Official Album: 34 Original Tracks, Six Singles Streaming Now

Rockstar and Atlantic Records announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album — 34 original tracks out November 19, with six singles streaming now and vinyl and CD editions on pre-order.

You can hear GTA 6 before you can play it. On September 17, Rockstar Games and Atlantic Records announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album — 34 brand-new original tracks arriving November 19, the same day the game launches. Six singles are streaming right now, and the vinyl and CD editions are already on pre-order.

The six songs out now

The first wave spans rap, electronic, Latin pop, country, and rock — a deliberately broad spread that says a lot about the sonic world Rockstar is building for Leonida:

  • Yung Lean — "That's It" (feat. Future & Metro Boomin)
  • Travis Scott — "RHYNO" (produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo of Daft Punk)
  • CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. & Étienne de Crécy — "Sexy Magic"
  • Morgan Wallen — "Last Thing You Need"
  • Rauw Alejandro — "Macacoa 2000"
  • Keith Richards — "Bright Lights, Big City"

The remaining 28 tracks are still under wraps. The album is available to pre-save on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal, and Amazon Music.

The physical editions

Three physical versions are on pre-order: the standard CD at $19.98, standard vinyl at $49.98, and a limited-edition vinyl at $124.98 featuring two transparent magenta discs filled with blue liquid, exclusive GTA 6-themed artwork, and custom packaging. Given that the standard vinyl has already been spotted changing hands at steep markups on resale sites, the limited run may not stay available long.

Why this matters beyond the music

This is not a playlist — it is a real record, created specifically for the game rather than licensed for it. Rockstar describes the lineup as a "genre-defying roster of the most exciting artists in the world," and the company says more details are coming about the dynamic score and what it calls the next evolution of in-game radio.

The rollout has been characteristically choreographed: earlier in the week, artists including Fred again.., PinkPantheress, and Travis Scott teased their involvement by sharing a digitally rendered yacht image in GTA's visual style on social media. And last month's 26-minute Netflix gameplay teaser previewed music from Jayda G and Aluna, Depeche Mode, and Elderbrook and Bob Moses — all expected to feature on the release in some form.

For a studio famous for its in-game radio stations, putting out a standalone album two months before launch is a statement of intent: the sound of Leonida is a product in its own right, not just background audio. November 19 is shaping up to be a launch day for two industries at once.
